Wild Garlic and Parsley Sausage Kebabs

Combine the first four ingredients to create a marinade. Pour over the sausage pieces and leave for 30 minutes (or overnight) in the fridge.

Thread the sausages onto the skewers alternately with the peppers and courgette.

Brush any remaining marinade over the kebabs and barbecue for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently. Serve with salad.
