Tzatziki
"Choosing the right yoghurt for your tzatziki can really make a difference. Greek-style yoghurts may be artificially thickened with whey or milk powder, so 1 litre of milk makes 1 litre of Greek-style yoghurt. Authentic Greek yoghurts use a straining method to remove the whey leaving just naturally thick yoghurt (so it takes 4 litres of milk to make 1 litre of yoghurt!) Our diet tip? Total’s 2% Greek Yoghurt – it’s much healthier than its creaminess suggests!"
