Tenderstem Broccoli with Ricotta, Lemon and Shaved Italian Hard Cheese

Steam the Tenderstem broccoli for around 3-4 minutes until it is just tender.

Meanwhile, gently break the ricotta into lumps and shave the Pamesan-style cheese into nice curls.

Put the hot Tenderstem onto plates and dot ricotta on top. Sprinkle the zest and spoon some of the lemon juice over each. Drizzle each with the olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
