Tabbouleh Salad
Ingredients
- 35G bulgar wheat
- the seeds of 1 pomegranate
- 4 chopped vine tomatoes
- 1 finely chopped red onion
- the juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses,
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of ground white pepper
- a pinch of sumac
- 60g chopped flat leaf parsley
- 30g chopped mint
Method

Cook the bulgar wheat according to the packet instructions and combine the rest of the ingredients to make this delicious salad.
