Ingredients

  • 500ml lukewarm water
  • 50g yeast
  • 50g peanut butter
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 50g salt
  • 50g cocoa
  • 50g sweet chilli sauce
  • 50g walnuts or pecans
  • 400g wheat flour
  • 400g durum wheat flour

How To Cook

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in the water - make sure it has completely dissolved and then add the remaining ingredients. Whiz in a mixer at high speed for approximately ten minutes.
  2. Place in a greased baking pan (39x27cm) and sprinkle the top with flour. Cover dough with clingfilm or a damp cloth and allow to rise in a warm place for about 1 ½ hours.
  3. Bake at 250C/480F/Gas 9 for 20 minutes. Turn the bread out of the baking pan and cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
