Pecan Bread
Ingredients
- 500ml lukewarm water
- 50g yeast
- 50g peanut butter
- 4 tsp salt
- 50g salt
- 50g cocoa
- 50g sweet chilli sauce
- 50g walnuts or pecans
- 400g wheat flour
- 400g durum wheat flour

In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in the water - make sure it has completely dissolved and then add the remaining ingredients. Whiz in a mixer at high speed for approximately ten minutes.

Place in a greased baking pan (39x27cm) and sprinkle the top with flour. Cover dough with clingfilm or a damp cloth and allow to rise in a warm place for about 1 ½ hours.

Bake at 250C/480F/Gas 9 for 20 minutes. Turn the bread out of the baking pan and cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
