New Potato and Bay Kebabs
Ingredients
- 500g new potatoes, boiled in their skins until just soft
- fresh bay leaves
- metal skewers
for the marinade
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method

Thread the bay leaves and potatoes alternatively onto the skewer, using 5-6 potatoes per skewer.

Mix the marinade ingredients together, then paint all over the potatoes using a pastry brush.

Place the kebabs on the coolest part of the barbecue, turning occasionally. Continue until they are caramelized and crunchy.
