Ginger Vegetable Stir-fry

Heat the sesame oil in a wok or saucepan and gently fry the leeks, garlic and ginger for a couple of minutes.

Add the cooked left over sprouts and carrots and stir gently until the veg are heated through.

Scatter with fresh coriander to serve.
