Detox Wrap
Ingredients
- 3 Mission Deli Multigrain Wraps
- 150g red cabbage, shredded
- 1 large carrot, coarsely grated
- a large handful of curly parsley, roughly chopped
- 1 Pink Lady or Cox apple, cored, quartered and sliced
- 1 celery stick, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
- 1 tbsp each sunflower seeds and toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp raisins (preferably green raisins)
For the dressing
- 1 tsp grated root ginger
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
Method

Prepare all the ingredients apart from the dressing and mix them together in a bowl.

Put all the dressing ingredients into a bowl and season and whisk until slightly thickened. Pour over the salad and toss.

To finish, put the filling in the wraps, fold up tightly and enjoy your healthy, nutrient-packed snack!
