    2. Anjum's Indian Vegetarian Feast
    3. The Meat-Free Monday Cookbook
    4. Appetite for Reduction (this one's vegan)

I love Appetite for Reduction so much that I've now got my eye on Veganomicon and Vegan Eats World.

Those are my faves at the moment - all with interesting, varied recipes, not the same-old same-old you normally get in veggie cook books.

    Love,

Hi Emy, good to see you here. Had a quick look at your blog and it's content is exactly the kind of thing I find interesting. I've tried toasted buckwheat only once and didn't really get along well with it so my bag of the stuff has remained untouched since. I like the idea of serving it alongside a Russian salad though, I can see that working. Will try

Veggiestan looks great, as does Appetite for Reduction. I'll put Veggiestan on my wish list, and order Appetite for Reduction for the new year.

    Thanks for the warm welcome!

I picked up a copy of Veganomicon today, so I'll let you know what I think of it!

I only just got the Meat-Free Monday book, and it's great - it's organised by days, and it always has a packed lunch suggestion, which is good for me, because I never know what to do for lunch on the go!

Pipsqueak - thank you for the positive feedback on the blog! I love blogging, but it can be so disheartening when you don't get any feedback on your posts, so it's very encouraging to hear that you like it!

    Love,

    Emy

The veggie sandwich and bread brand Cranks have such a lovely recipe book with so many delicious recipes for vegetarians for everything you can think of! I would really recommend it!

My new favourite is Tibits, its a fantastic vegetarian buffet style restaurant (you pay by the weight of your food!) And they have brought out a recipe book of the recipes they use to make the food.

I've got a few too many cook books, I love Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's Veg everyday, and my go to book is Rose Elliots new complete vegetarian. I bought Every Grain of Rice by Fuschia Dunlop a month or so back, and to my shame I've not yet made anything from it, its not totally veggie, but its vegetable focused and looks gorgeous. I've got every intention to use it at some point this month......

I keep on picking up Ottolenghi's plenty in bookshops and then putting it down again, I think that might be my next purchase as I do love pretty pictures of food!!
