I think kickboxing is always a good one. It's a great form of angermanagement too!
Failing that I do enjoy a nice walk by the river and watching the birds!

Cardio exercises are the best ever tool for losing weight and for general fitness.
But personally, I do swimming daily early in the morning. Thats enough for the whole day.Last edited by juker; 08-02-2012 at 08:13 PM.

i have been practicing Bikram Yoga for six months now, and I've seen a real difference in my body and in my mind. 90 minutes in a hot room, you have to drink at least 2 liters of water during the day before class, better to drink 3 or 4. I also have to make sure I eat a good breakfast and lunch if I go in the evening. It is important to keep fueled up. Anyone else tried it? And what do you find is the best thing to eat before which gives you the most energy?

I prefer gym exercise and running.All kind of physical exercise mentioned above are quite good and beneficiary for our body and health.We should engage ourselves in some kind of physical work outs like mentioned above.

I've spent a lot of hours in the past doing cardio workouts like step aerobics, high impact aerobics, running and also Astanga yoga. These days I like walking and dancing best.

Swimming is my sport of choice I am comfortable in the water and its good for my asthma too

Anything that requires you to be physically active is a good form of exercise. I prefer running, as it is easy, fun and does not require any special equipment.
