    Hi Balibali293
I've struggled with years balancing a huge love of food and the desire to stay a healthy weight, so I know just what you're going through. Here are some of my favourite easy non-dairy dinners...
Chilli-non-carne made with soya mince and kidney beans, either with rice or jacket potatoes
Provencal-style tomato-based stew, sometimes with pulses (cannellini beans are nice) but sometimes just with lots of chunky root veg - often jazzed up with a bit of smoked paprika
Anything risotto, using olive oil instead of butter - beetroot is my latest fave, but classics like summer veg or mushroom are lovely too
Pasta dishes - spag bol made with soya, primavera using a little oat cream and lots of seasonal veg, or the old classic of olive oil, garlic and chilli
Sushi plate (not bothering to make the sushi, but making up some sushi rice and serving with vegetable crudites, avocado, a dressing of soy sauce and wasabi, and finely chopped nori seaweed sprinkled over the top)
If you have any dairy veggie meals you'd like versions of, just ask us!

Veggie thai curry with cauliflower 'rice'. Use peanut butter, coconut milk and veggie thai paste to make the sauce, and low-carb veggies (maybe also chunks of tofu), then serve on mashed steamed cauliflower, it's quite filling and the carbs are really low.

There's also Sure Slim which does work but you have to weigh everything. Do you really have to lose three stone? It sounds like you are putting yourself under a lot of pressure. Just saying.
