Christmas Corker
Ingredients
- 20 fresh raspberries
- 40ml Belvoir Elderflower Cordial
- 140ml gin
- 100ml lychee Juice
- 20ml lemon Juice
- 1 bottle Champagne
- 4 slices of lemon
Method

Crush 16 of the raspberries in a shaker (reserving four for garnish) and add the gin, lychee juice and lemon juice.

Shake well and strain into four Champagne flutes and top up with Champagne. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh raspberries.
