Ingredients
- 300g Alpro Vanilla Alternative to Yoghurt
- 300g mixed frozen berries
- 70g stem ginger
- 1 tbsp of honey
Method

Add the Alpro Vanilla, frozen berries, stem ginger and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth. Spoon into bowls and serve immediately.
