Vital Wheat Gluten / Gluten Flour (for making Seitan) - Buy Online in UK

I've been curious to try making Seitan for a while now but haven't seen the necessary 'Vital Wheat Gluten' flour in the UK. In case you don't know, Seitan is another traditional oriental 'mock meat' type foodstuff, but it's wheat rather that soya based.

The owner of the veggie food blog 'Green & Leithy' (which is well worth a looksee btw) helpfully directed me towards an online UK source for the necessary Vital Wheat Gluten flour.

I love seitan, the only place a can find that sells it is Vegetarian Food from VeggieStuff.com but I'd never even considered trying to make it myself. Thanks Pipsqueak!
