I've just joined too. I'm interested in enjoying a healthy diet, particularly as I've really gotten in to yoga so want to compliment that.

My trouble is I love food too much (as most on here will agree ) and I love my carbs- mainly whole wheat.

I'm liking what I've found so far, and look forward to talking to different people
