    All foods made from meat, poultry, seafood, beans and peas, eggs, processed soy products, nuts, and seeds are considered part of the Protein Foods Group. Beans and peas are also part of the Vegetable Group.

    Hey so, I wanna lose weight and I've heard that a good way is eating many proteins so, what do you think about it?? they say that proteins are the last thing that the body consumes so the energy that the body uses all over the day is the one that is depositated in the fat part of our body if we eat only proteins (or further) Is that true? I've been eating almost only proteins for 3 days and i thinned 1 kg but i'm afraid of the body reaction when I stop the diet, do you think I'll get fat again?

    protein may be defined as the high molecular weight polymers of a-amino acid joined together by the peptide bond.thanks for information give me a link.

    I decided to stop the diet because it is true, if you eat a lot of proteins and a little bit of carbs, your muscles are going to get bigger and I donīt want that... now iīm eating a bit of everything and doing a lot of excercise...Iīm happy!!

    I consulted to a nutricionist about everything in a diet and he told me that girls will never turn bigger because of proteins cause we donīt have enough testosterone in our bodies. If you start to get bigger itīs probably because youīre not having enough water intake. Drink lots of water, otherwise you will be retaining fluids and that will make you gain weight and look a lot bigger. Also retaining weight may bring cellulitis to your body and you donīt want that!
