Courgette and Mushroom pasta sauce
A quick and easy pasta sauce that I had last night!
Ingredients
- 1 Courgette
- 8 mushrooms of your choice
- Creme fraiche or cream
- Nutmeg
- Paprika
- Thyme
- Salt and Pepper
- Pasta of your choice
How To Cook
- Cut the courgette into peices and lightly fry with a light dusting of paprika. Put the pasta on to cook.
- Add the mushrooms and thyme and lightly cook - I personally hate over done mushrooms so time this to your personal taste
- Add the creme fraiche (or cream) and nutmeg to taste - I added quite a lot.
- Taste, and then add salt and pepper. Add to pasta, and its all done!
